Who we are
We are property owner’s advisors and representatives for some of the most valuable organizations in the world, international real estate companies, and local real estate developers.
No individual or organization knows everything about real estate—that’s why we work together. Collectively, we go deep and we go wide. Our services are customized to meet each client’s unique requirements.
We engage designers, investors, architects, developers, storytellers, engineers, human and natural scientists, builders, urban and lanscape planners, technologists, and stewards of land and buildings.
We are optimistic, curious, proactive. We are invested in the outcome of each property’s highest potential, in human, economic, and environmental terms.
Each of our engagements across the Americas and Europe is directed by our founder and CEO, Wolfgang Wagener. Among his other qualifications, Wolfgang is a RIBA accredited Client Adviser, recognized for providing impartial and informed advice.

As founder and CEO, Wolfgang Wagener exemplifies WOWA’s strategic approach. Throughout the development process, he combines big-picture vision and analysis with detail-oriented stewardship, to ensure that clients’, investors’, and users’ needs are met. His international career spans 25 years and multiple disciplines, combining experience as a corporate real estate executive, practicing architect, and thought leader.

Eric Morley is a cofounder and principal of The Morley Bros, Silicon Valley–based real estate developers, investors, and advisers. Their team has helped to lead many of the largest, most complex, and highest-profile residential, commercial, corporate campus, mixed-use, and economic development projects in Silicon Valley. WOWA strategically partners with The Morley Bros. on projects throughout Silicon Valley.

John S. Sorcinelli brings 30 years of international planning and design management experience to WOWA. He is the founder and principal of Design Source Studios, a California planning, architecture, and engineering practice. His broad international architectural experience combines with strong engineering grounding to bring innovative and pragmatic design solutions to WOWA developments.
